Tariff for 2023, Longfield House and Cill a' Rubha

Rental is calculated pro-rata per calendar night, and for April through September there is a minimum booking period of 7 nights unless to fill a gap. There is a discount of 5% for 8 nights or more, increasing to 10% for 14 nights or more, provided that the booking does not leave a gap of less than 5 nights in our chart. Rental includes all bedlinen and towels and any applicable taxes. There is no charge for a maximum of two well-behaved dogs. Guests are asked to read the meters for electricity and central heating oil on arrival and departure and then to pay cost price per unit and litre consumed by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

We offer our Sabbatical rates during the winter timetable period as published by CalMac Ferries Ltd, running from late October until late March (but we exclude Christmas / New Year). There is a minimum stay of 7 nights, and a maximum of 28 nights. Rental includes all bedlinen and towels and any applicable taxes. There is no charge for a maximum of two well-behaved dogs. Guests are asked to read the meters for electricity and central heating oil on arrival and departure and then to pay cost price per unit and litre consumed by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
